Unpolished rough rock lapidary specimens of Tigeriron ready for a rock saw. This sedimentary member of the quartz family has wavy bands of red jasper, black hematite, and gold tigereye that forms a chatoyant, banded ironstone rock. Tiger Iron comes from both South Africa and Australia.
