A geode is a spherical or oblong rock containing a hollow space, a cavity, that can be filled or partially filled by a variety of minerals. Every geode is unique in composition, from size and formation of crystals to different color shades. Our inventory includes Choyas, Trancas, Ilianite, and Coconut geodes from Mexico; Brazilian agate geodes and Ocos; Keokuk geodes from Illinois; Dugway geodes from Utah; and Thunderegg geodes from the Pacific Northwest. Both polished geodes and unpolished geodes can be found on these pages, cracked open or cut open with a rock saw, in singles or pairs.
