Our organization is a generational, family-owned business. We have long been interested in the beauty of nature, particularly as it relates to rocks and minerals. Our devotion to the hobby of collecting rocks led us into lapidary work, where we engage in the cutting, shaping, and polishing of bookends, eggs, spheres, cabochons, and simply polishing a rock to showcase its beauty. Our interests extend to gaining a greater appreciation for the plant and animal life that heretofore existed on this planet, so we have a fairly diverse collection of fossils. We also collect artifacts left behind by the earliest peoples that inhabited Texas, primarily, but some items from neighboring states, also. We began collecting for fun and we’re still having a blast.
